Delivery of Aigle Boots

 

A few things to know about your delivery:

 

  • The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
  • If you are not available at the shipping address entered, your Aigle boots will be:
  1. left at the front door if the driver deems it to be safe, or;
  2. alternatively at the nearest courier depot for pick up.  If this is the case, the courier will leave a note in your mail box notifying you. If they are unable to contact you, your product will be returned to aigle-store.com and our Customer Service Team will attempt to contact you to arrange for alternate delivery.

 

  • We offer shipping throughout the United States. We do not offer delivery to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. 

 

 

Returns

 

FREE RETURNS

We will accept your returned, unused Aigle boots, purchased at Aigle-store.com, for up to 30 days from when the product is shipped to you. To return a product that you have purchased from Aigle-store.com, just follow these three steps

Send an email to customerservice@aigle-store.com with the following information:

  • - Invoice #
  • - Order number
  • - Reason for return: a) wrong size; b) damaged (include description of damage); c) wrong colour; d) changed mind;
  • - Item information: SKU, Colour, Size, QTY.
  • - Contact information name address telephone and email
  • - RMA given out if return meets criteria
  • - RMA number must be on the box
  • - Copy of invoice in with the return
  • - Original packaging


    To initiate your return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
  • - Replace the complete item in its original packing. Goods must be returned in their original state for acceptance and refund.

  • - Send the package by UPS with recorded delivery to the following address: Standard Apparel, 87 Wingold Ave, Unit 1, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 1P8.

  • - Once we review and approve your return, we will send you an email with a Return Authorization Number and a UPS label. You can then return your product.

  • - Replace the complete item in its original packing. Goods must be returned in their original state for acceptance and refund. Include the RMA number and send the package by UPS with recorded delivery to the following address: Standard Apparel, 87 Wingold Ave, Unit 1, Toronto, Ontario, M6B 1P8.

  • - Return charges will be at our expense.

  • - Once we receive the product back, and inspect it, we will credit your credit card. You will receive email confirmation of this credit. Please allow 2 weeks from when you send back the item, to receive the credit confirmation.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

Aigle pays particular attention to the quality of its products. However, should you find any fault despite all the quality checks carried out, please inform us of this problem so that we can send you a replacement or a refund. Please follow the returns procedure, described above, and state the reason for returning. Once we accept and then receive the return, you will be notified by email.

PLEASE NOTE: The leather wings on the Miss Julie/Miss Juliette Collections are decorative. They should NOT be used to pull your boots on.
